Step by step...

• On Saint Nicholas day I came up at work to find on my desk a big pile of candies (which of course I shared with the entire team:))..The surprise was even bigger when I found out that "my" Santa was actually my boss:)..He remembered that it's my name day and he made this surprise for me. What you have to know is that my boss, at a first view, doesn't seem a people person, but I am starting to change my opinion...
• My friend Dana has her birthday today (on the 9th) so on the 8th at midnight we prepared this small surprise and we went to her place with a cake and present and we sang Happy Birthday!..I can definitely say she was surprised:):):)
• After 4 months of living in Belgium..I finally have a bike!!!!!!! Yipeeeee!!! I am really happy and is very usefully indeed (especially when it doesn't rain:P)
• Talking with my sister and Mo at the phone and realizing how much I miss home, family and friends..
• Today i bought a winter jacket which I love :)..and it's also my first brown clothing item:)
• I have a Christmas tree!!!! (although very small and artificial, but it looks nice)

Bad things that happened..

• No hot water or heating the last 2 days-weekend included(this is killing me)
• Raining the entire week in Belgium

What's next?

• Work (of course)
• My dear Rob will be visiting me from Wednesday till Friday ( can't wait)
• Christmas shopping (this time in Brussels:))
• Will see....

The Christmas is starting to make its presence felt...I just love this time of year!!!!
