Message from life...
Yesterday I felt I was really close to my limit..My life now is very stressful and full of challenges..Exams, my thesis and Leonardo da Vinci..Nothing is going well..
Last night, after a long time I lost my temper and I wasn't able to keep my optimism up, to keep smiling...maybe it was necessary to happen or maybe not..for me it was a sign that I still have to work on my personality, on my attitude..I am still discovering myself and although there are some things I don't like now..I just hope I will be able to change them soon..
A talk with my sister, discussions with my friends Mo, Peter and Maria brought half of my smile back...But still..
Cornelia sent me a nice message which made me realize some things...Read it also and think of yourself a bit...
Here it is:
"This morning take a few minutes to reflect on how you give of yourself to the world. Often we get caught up in the frenzy of buying and giving things.
Look at the ways you give appreciation, friendship, energy, time, love, and affection, and give of your own special talents and abilities throughout the year. Acknowledge yourself for having enriched the lives of others. Spend some time loving yourself for the giving light that you are."

How true...and also: Allow yourself to be angry and grumpy once in a while. I'm not a big fan of "always trying to be a superhero". It's normal to have those rah-rah moments. When I have them, I try to be alone for a moment, do some thinking, scream into my pillow or just jump around for a while, haha. Sometimes even shedding a few tears helps to let go of the stress. But then again, that's just me :) Everybody finds their own way to deal with challenging moments...

All people need these moments, you cannot be perfectly positive always :) But these moments happen when they are supposed to happen. Maybe to give yourself some rest, maybe to think of important things :)
THese moments make you feel real, and appreciate things that usually you take for granted in yourself.
