Step by step...

It started at 8:00 on Saturday..Me, Basia, Luke and Petr went by car with Anka, Basia's sister to their home town, in Zawiercie.


The weekend started early and it was full. ..of fun and traveling:). On the way we stopped to visit the Polish desert and after we had a polish breakfast at Basia's place. Her mom prepared everything and it was so nice..it made me think of my mom and of how much I miss the her food...

Well, this was only the beginning. After breakfast we went to visit the second biggest ruins from Europe, The ruins of Ogrodziniec Castle. It was really cool..and we spent there around 1 hour in which we tried to discover every corner of the Castle.

After this visit..it was time to rest..well in a way at least:). We went climbing ..it was the first time for me and it was so hard..but I managed with some help from Anka :P..I still feel that 15 min of climbing in my arms right now:) ..

The day continued with a party in their hose in country side, a party with stupid fun games and polish food..It was really funny and I had a great time, although at one point I was freezing..but then the "Egg game" appeared..hihihi...I have to take this game back to Romania:)

So..we ended the party around 2:00 and we went backhome in Zawiercie..Sunday was waiting for us..

it seems that the Zawiercie region is full of castles so on Sunday we went visiting another 2 castles called Twin Castles..actually the pic is made in front of one of them:)..

It definitely was a great weekend, maybe one of the best since I am in Krakow and it was so relaxing..it was also great to discover the true polish spirit...
